1. Open forms.new while signed into your Google account.
2. Form title: "Anchorage Bitcoin Pizza Day · quick feedback"
3. Description: "60 seconds. Anonymous unless you add your email. Shapes the next event. Thanks for coming."
4. Add these 4 questions exactly:
  Q1 (Short answer · not required): "What did you love about tonight?"
  Q2 (Short answer · not required): "What would you change for next time?"
  Q3 (Multiple choice · not required): "What event would you come to next?" Options: Workshop · Panel · Happy hour · Hackathon · Crypto basics class · Other
  Q4 (Short answer · not required): "Email if you want us to tell you about it"
5. Settings → Responses → keep "Collect email addresses" OFF (anonymous by default).
6. Click Send → copy the short URL (forms.gle/...).
