The two interruptions · everything else is mingle

Block A · 6:25 PM (~6 min): Hunter welcome → Bailey (Sullivan) → Gabriel (Murkowski) → 2–3 builders self-intro → "eat, mingle, back at 7:10."
Block B · 7:10 PM (~13 min): group photo + signs + Stand With Crypto chant video → PizzaDAO mic → prize drawing → wrap.
The rule: ~19 min of mic out of 120. Everything else is people meeting people. Don't let any speaker run past 60 sec.

Block A · 6:26 PM · your welcome · ~60–90 sec

Beats to hit (not a script — talk normally): Slides while you talk: 1 (title) → 2 (10,000 BTC story) → 3 (Why Anchorage) → 4 (Casual / Nonpartisan / Beginner / Community). Cue slide 4 right before "First up."

Block A · staffer intros

Read these intros out loud — exactly. Then hand the mic.

6:27 · Sullivan slot:
"From Senator Sullivan's office, please welcome Bailey Ware."

6:28 · Murkowski slot:
"And from Senator Murkowski's office, please welcome Gabriel Crabtree."

What you DON'T say: no "running for", no "campaign", no "support", no "vote". They speak on crypto policy only.

Block A · builder hand-off · 6:29

After Gabriel finishes, take the mic back and say something like:

"Thanks Gabriel. Now I want to hear from some local builders — 60 seconds each, who you are and what you're working on. Pass the mic."

2 builders minimum, 3 if time. After the last one, take the mic back.

Block A · hand-off back to mingling · 6:31

"Thanks all. Eat. Mingle. Photo wall is live at alaskacryptoclub.com/photos — drop your shots. Back here at 7:10 for a group photo and the prize drawing."
→ music back up. Slides idle on slide 1 or slide 6 (prize drawing) for the mingle period.

Block B · 7:10 PM · group photo + chant + announcements

Step-by-step, in order:
  1. 7:10 · pull everyone in. "Everyone toward the SWC banner — we're doing the group photo and prizes now."
  2. 7:11 · distribute SWC signs to front row + volunteers. Wave Bailey and Gabriel into the frame. ~60s.
  3. 7:12 · the group photo · photographer takes 5+ shots: signs up, signs down, candid, peace signs. Phones up across the crowd.
  4. 7:13 · "Stand With Crypto" chant video · "On 3, everyone shout 'Stand With Crypto!' for the camera." Count down. Record 10–15 sec. One retake max if it was weak.
  5. 7:14 · PizzaDAO mic moment (script below) · 90s.
  6. 7:16 · prize drawing (see below) · ~5 min.
  7. 7:21 · wrap (script below).

Block B · 7:14 PM · PizzaDAO mic moment · ~90 sec

Beats to hit:

Block B · 7:16 PM · prize drawing · 7–8 prizes · ~5 min

How it works: names from the physical box on the table. Pull one, call the name, winner walks up to the prize table and picks what they want (prizes laid out). Keep it moving — ~30 sec per draw.

Patter between draws: "Next prize…" or "Up next." Don't editorialize. If someone isn't there after 5 seconds, redraw.

Slides: slide 6 (prize drawing list) up on screen the whole time.

Block B · 7:21 PM · wrap-up · ~30 sec

Three things to say, in order: Slides: slide 7 (QR codes) up during the wrap, then slide 8 (closing).

Compliance · keep this in your pocket

Senator Sullivan is a sitting U.S. Senator — federal incumbent rules apply. Event qualifies for the "widely attended event" exception only if:
✓ SWC directly invited Senator's office
✓ 25+ non-Congress attendees expected (we're at 30–50)
✓ Open to range of crypto/policy-interested people
✓ Staffer's role is policy / engaging constituents
Sign-in sheet collected (the clipboard at check-in)

If the staffer goes off-script (mentions campaign, candidacy, donations, opponents): smile, wait for the line to end, then steer next: "Thanks. Next up — Builder #1." Don't interrupt mid-sentence. Note it in your debrief.
If anyone shows up with campaign signs / stickers / buttons / staffers in matching shirts: politely "we're keeping this nonpartisan tonight — please leave campaign materials outside."

Escalate to Hunter if

Vendor issue · Angry / confused guest · VIP / political staff arrives · Campaign material visible · Supplies running out · Venue staff has a concern · Any medical/safety issue

One thing to remember

"Your job is to make people feel welcome. Everything else is logistics."
